Privacy Notice on the Processing and Transfer of Personal Data

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Nevresta Turizm Mimarlık İnşaat İşletmecilik Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, in its capacity as Data Controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or the “Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data (KVKK Art. 10(b))
The subject of this Privacy Notice is your personal data in the following categories: identity information (first name, last name), contact information (mobile phone number, e-mail address), and the content and subject of your message.
Your personal data specified above is used for the following purposes:

Method of Collection and Legal Grounds for Processing of Personal Data (KVKK Art. 10(ç))
Your personal data is collected through the contact form on our website that you complete and is stored in electronic and physical environments. The personal data specified above is processed by Nevresta Turizm Mimarlık İnşaat İşletmecilik Ticaret Anonim Şirketi for the achievement of the purposes listed above on the basis of the following legal grounds set forth in the relevant legislation and Article 5 of the KVKK: that the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of that contract; and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Data Subject.
Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 10(d))
You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, entitled “Rights of the Data Subject,” in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, either in writing to Nevresta Turizm Mimarlık İnşaat İşletmecilik Ticaret Anonim Şirketi at Mustafa Kemal Mah.
