PRIVACY NOTICE ON SECURITY CAMERAS

Data Controller (KVKK Art. 10(a))

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Akropol Termal Megakent Devremülk Site Yönetimi, in its capacity as Data Controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or the “Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data (KVKK Art. 10(b))

The subject of this Privacy Notice is your personal data consisting of “visual recordings contained in security camera footage.” Such personal data is processed as follows: For the purposes of ensuring physical security and carrying out occupational health and safety processes, video recordings are made by means of a total of 81 security cameras positioned at the entrance gates within the facility, the reception area, the exterior of the social facility building (with a view of the terrace and the front and rear gardens), the in-house area, the sales office, the interior in-house area, the front terrace of the sales office, the market, the pool entrances, the member relations office, the dues collection office, the spa/wellness area and the human resources office. All recording activities are supervised by the administrative management and the Data Processors authorized by it.

Transfer of Personal Data (KVKK Art. 10(c))

Your visual recording data may be transferred, in line with the achievement of the purposes set out above and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, to legally authorized private-law persons, in the event of a legal dispute to our attorneys with whom we have a power-of-attorney relationship, and to our suppliers with which we have a contractual relationship.

Method of Collection and Legal Grounds for Processing of Personal Data (KVKK Art. 10(ç))

Your personal data is processed by automated means on the basis of the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law, namely that processing is “necessary for the Data Controller to comply with its legal obligations” and that “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Data Subject.”

Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 10(d))

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, entitled “Rights of the Data Subject,” in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, either in writing to Akropol Termal Megakent Devremülk Site Yönetimi at Ayvaşık Mah. Karapınar Mevkii Küme Evleri No: 10/A Beypazarı/Ankara, or by e-mail to siteyonetimi@akropoltermal.com, solely from your e-mail address registered in our system.
